Practices are being registered, and kits are being deployed.  The first testing centers will begin conducting tests on April 20, 2020.  Please check back at that time.​

The directory will re-open when proper modifications have taken place to suite current needs. 

Telemed services will be republished at a later time as all efforts are currently focused on ensuring testing is available at the independent physician offices within our network.
